Terms of Service

By accessing or using TattooEurope you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

TattooEurope is an independent directory that helps people discover tattoo artists. We do not arrange appointments, take payments for tattoo work, or act as a party to any agreement between a user and an artist. Any contact, booking or service is strictly between you and the artist.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be of legal age in your country to register.

Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and for holding the rights to any images they upload. By publishing content you grant TattooEurope a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. New profiles and changes are reviewed before they go live, and we may decline or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or infringing.

• Do not post unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content.
• Do not impersonate another person or artist.
• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to breach the platform.
• Do not misuse reviews (fake, paid, or retaliatory reviews are not allowed).

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may moderate, edit for policy, or remove reviews that breach these terms.

Some features may be offered as a premium option in the future. Where a paid plan is introduced, its specific conditions will be presented at the point of sign-up. Premium placement never changes the factual information shown about an artist.

TattooEurope is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any tattoo or piercing service provided by an artist listed on the platform. Choices and arrangements you make with an artist are your own responsibility.

The TattooEurope name, design and platform are our property. Artist and user content remains the property of its owners, licensed to us only to operate and display the directory.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TattooEurope is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
